Who can take part
- You must have a diagnosis of prostate cancer that has spread (metastasized) and is no longer responding to hormone therapy.
- You need to have had prior treatment with an androgen receptor signaling inhibitor (like enzalutamide or abiraterone) and a taxane chemotherapy (like docetaxel).
- A special DNA test (next-generation sequencing) on your tumor or blood must show certain genetic changes that match one of the study treatments.
- For the radioactive treatment option (lutetium-177), a PSMA-PET scan must show that your tumors take up the tracer more than the liver.
- You must be 18 or older, have acceptable organ function, and not have serious heart problems or active infections.
- If you have HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C, you must have adequate viral control with treatment.

This trial tests a combination of two treatments for advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone therapy. One treatment is a targeted radiation therapy (177Lu-PSMA-617) and the other is an immunotherapy (sipuleucel-T) that helps your immune system fight the cancer.
