Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, plasma cell leukemia, or light-chain amyloidosis confirmed by your doctor
  • You have measurable disease (detectable cancer markers in your blood or urine)
  • You have not previously received treatment targeting BCMA, GPRC5D, or CD3 (specific cancer cell markers)
  • You have waited at least 4 weeks since your last cancer treatment (or 2 weeks for certain chemotherapy types)
  • You have not had a severe allergic or immune reaction (Grade 3 or higher) to similar cell-redirecting therapies before
  • You have not had severe side effects from lenalidomide, pomalidomide, or similar drugs in the past
