Who can take part
- Diagnosed with high-risk localized prostate cancer (elevated PSA, aggressive cell type, or advanced stage) OR metastatic prostate cancer (cancer spread confirmed by imaging or biopsy)
- Have prostate adenocarcinoma (the most common type of prostate cancer)
- Age 18 or older
- Able to give written informed consent
- Speak Dutch, English, Arabic, or Turkish
- Currently living in the Netherlands
