- You are 60 years old or older
- You had hip fracture surgery at Copenhagen University Hospital Hvidovre
- Before your fracture, you could move around independently or with some help (not bedbound or in a wheelchair)
- You can join within three days after surgery
- You do not have a terminal illness or conditions that would make early movement unsafe
- You did not take part in the previous HIP-ME-UP Study 4
