Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Your cancer has a BRAF V600 mutation confirmed by a blood or tissue test
- Your cancer is advanced or has spread, and standard treatments have not worked or caused unacceptable side effects
- You are in reasonably good overall health with a life expectancy of at least 3 months
- Your blood, liver, and kidney function are adequate
- You agree to use birth control during the study and for 90 days after your last dose
