New BRAF-Targeting Drug for Advanced Solid Tumors

Who can take part

  • Age 18 or older
  • Your cancer has a BRAF V600 mutation confirmed by a blood or tissue test
  • Your cancer is advanced or has spread, and standard treatments have not worked or caused unacceptable side effects
  • You are in reasonably good overall health with a life expectancy of at least 3 months
  • Your blood, liver, and kidney function are adequate
  • You agree to use birth control during the study and for 90 days after your last dose
