Who can take part

  • You have a solid tumor cancer that is advanced, recurring, or metastatic and cannot be fully removed with surgery
  • Your tumor test shows specific RAS or RAF gene changes (your doctor can confirm the exact mutation)
  • You are expected to live at least 12 weeks (based on your care team’s judgment)
  • Your blood counts and organs (liver, kidneys, etc.) are working well enough for treatment
  • You have recovered from side effects of any earlier cancer treatment
  • No major recent surgery (within 4 weeks) and you are not currently on other cancer treatment or radiation
