Lutetium-177 Treatment for Advanced Prostate Cancer

Who can take part

  • You have metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (cancer that has spread and worsens despite hormone-lowering treatment)
  • You have already tried or cannot take at least one prior hormone therapy (like abiraterone or enzalutamide) and 1–2 chemotherapy regimens
  • A special PET scan (68Ga-PSMA-11) shows your cancer cells light up with the radioactive tracer
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are adequate to handle this treatment
  • You have a life expectancy of at least 6 months and are in fair health (ECOG status 0–2)
  • You have not had recent radiation therapy or other cancer treatments within the past 4–6 weeks
