  • Age 18 or older
  • BMI (body mass index) of 35.0 or higher
  • No significant weight change (more than 5%) in the 3 months before screening
  • Haven't used GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic, Wegovy) or amylin medications in the past 6 months
  • If you don't have diabetes: blood sugar (HbA1c) below 6.5%; if you have diabetes: HbA1c below 10%
