- You own a smartphone and can complete daily check-ins for 2 weeks
- You can avoid all nicotine, tobacco, and smoked cannabis for about 12 hours before each visit
- You do not have serious lung disease, recent heart problems, or are pregnant/breastfeeding
- You read, speak, and understand English
