  • You are 60 years or older
  • You are currently receiving cancer treatment at Hospital Conceição in Porto Alegre, Brazil
  • You can understand and follow exercise instructions
  • You are able to walk, with or without help (cane, walker, etc.)
  • Your doctor has given you permission to participate in physical exercise
  • You can attend study assessments (missing no more than two)
