Who can take part
- Age between 18 and 65 years old
- Have an isolated extensor tendon injury in Zone V or VI (back of hand or wrist area)
- Already had primary surgery or treatment for the injury
- No previous surgeries on the injured hand or arm
- No nerve injuries, fractures, or other conditions affecting the injured hand
- Wound healing is progressing normally without complications
