Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 30 years old.
- You are physically active (150+ minutes of moderate exercise or 75+ minutes of vigorous exercise each week for at least 6 months).
- You have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 24.
- You have no muscle, bone, or joint problems in your arm, hand, or shoulder in the last 3 months, and the skin on your forearm is healthy.
- You do not have any nerve or blood circulation conditions, and you have not taken pain medication for muscle or joint pain in the last 3 weeks.
