Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor (cancer) that has not responded to or you cannot tolerate at least one standard treatment, or no standard treatment exists.
- Your tumor has a specific genetic change called MTAP deletion (this is found by testing your tumor tissue).
- You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 12 more weeks.
- You have at least one measurable tumor (by standard imaging) that can be tracked during the study.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and will use effective contraception if you or your partner could have children.
