Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor that has progressed or is not responding to standard treatments, or there is no standard treatment available.
- A recent test shows your tumor has lost both copies of a gene called MTAP (or you are willing to provide a tissue sample for this testing).
- You are able to carry out daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your kidney, liver, and blood counts are within acceptable limits based on recent lab tests.
- You have not had certain other cancer treatments within the past few weeks, and any side effects from past treatments have mostly resolved.
