Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You experienced a potentially life-threatening or violent event in the last 2 weeks.
  • You have high stress or PTSD symptoms from that recent event.
  • You have low or no PTSD symptoms from any past traumatic events.
  • If you take medication for mood or mental health, the dose has been stable for at least 6 weeks and won't change during the study.
  • You are willing and able to give informed consent.
