  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • You can stand and walk on your own without help
  • You have no significant foot or leg pain or injury today
  • You don't use braces, orthotics, canes, or other walking aids
  • You haven't had foot, leg, or lower back surgery
  • You haven't had a significant foot, leg, or lower back injury in the past 12 months
