Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 65 years old
- Have heel pain in one foot that has lasted at least 3 months, especially worse in the morning and with walking
- Experience tenderness when the inside of your heel bone is touched
- Have not had physical therapy, injections, surgery, or radiation for your heel in the past 6 months
- Not have other foot/ankle conditions like arthritis, nerve damage, or bone infections
- Not have systemic diseases like diabetes, kidney disease, or rheumatoid arthritis
