  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) based on genetic testing, or you are a healthy volunteer with no history of CMT
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You are able to complete the study assessments at the start of the trial
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You do not have other serious neurological or psychiatric conditions (current or past)
  • You do not have a serious prior medical illness affecting your overall health
