Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 55 years old
  • Have azoospermia (zero sperm) confirmed by at least 2 semen tests, with no blockage in your reproductive tract
  • Have specific hormone levels within range (low testosterone, normal or high estradiol, and detectable AMH or Inhibin B)
  • Not have genetic conditions like Klinefelter syndrome or major sex chromosome problems
  • Not be taking most prescription medications (except vitamins and over-the-counter pain relievers)
  • Not have serious heart disease, blood clots, bone loss, or uncontrolled chronic conditions
