- Your right leg is your dominant (stronger) leg
- No injuries to your lower leg or foot in the past 3 months
- No history of lower leg or foot surgery
- No current diagnosis of bone/joint, nerve, blood flow, or mental health conditions
- Not allergic to athletic tape or adhesive tape products
- Not currently taking muscle relaxants or pain-relief medications like ibuprofen or naproxen
