Who can take part
- You are a woman between 20 and 40 years old
- You are within 6 weeks after giving birth
- You have been diagnosed with constipation (difficulty or infrequency with bowel movements)
- You do not have a history of digestive system disorders (like Crohn's disease or irritable bowel syndrome)
- You have not had surgery on your colon or rectum
- You do not have spinal instability, active tumors, or significant scarring that would prevent acupuncture
