- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with nasal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma that has not spread beyond early stages
- Your tumor is in the nasal area or upper throat and can be measured
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself and up and about)
- You have not had prior systemic treatment for lymphoma, except short-term steroids to control symptoms
