Who can take part
- Age 18 or older with histologically confirmed (biopsy-proven) locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma
- Already received at least 6 months of intravenous chemotherapy with stable or locally progressive disease (no spread to distant organs)
- Cancer is not surgically removable and has no signs of metastatic disease (spread to other organs)
- Good overall health status (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you can carry out most daily activities)
- Acceptable blood counts and organ function (liver, kidney, bone marrow)
- Able to attend all study visits, undergo catheterization and imaging, and provide written informed consent
