Who can take part
- Be between 40 and 65 years old and in good overall health
- Own an iPhone 8 or newer (iOS 16+) and be willing to use an Apple Watch SE during the study
- Be able to use smartphone apps, take photos/videos, and upload them to track your health
- Currently live in Singapore and plan to stay there for the entire study
- Not be pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
- Not have taken probiotic or prebiotic supplements in the past 4 weeks, and agree not to during the study
