  • You are a Singapore resident aged 50 to 80
  • You are considered pre-frail (early signs of weakness, slow walking, or low activity)
  • You are not currently taking certain probiotics, fiber supplements, or special diet powders
  • You have not had any vaccination or started new medications in the past 8 weeks
  • You do not have food allergies to soy, fish, milk, or fiber, or lactose intolerance
