Who can take part

  • You are healthy with no current pain or medical conditions
  • You exercise regularly and are physically active
  • You can do moderate to intense physical activity safely
  • You haven't had chronic pain in the last 6 months
  • You avoid pain relievers, NSAIDs, steroids, and opioids for at least 24 hours before each session
  • You avoid alcohol, caffeine, and stimulants for at least 24 hours before each session
