- You have a history of cancer and have finished active cancer treatment
- You are cancer-free at the time you enroll in the study
- You experience body pain most days or every day
- Your pain has lasted at least 3 months
- You are fluent in English
- You have access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet and can attend online sessions
