Who can take part

  • You are aged 8 to 30 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), confirmed by a formal assessment called ADOS-2
  • Your autism is at severity level 1 or 2 (not the most severe level)
  • You are either on a stable treatment plan, have tried standard treatments without success, or choose not to use standard treatments
  • You can understand and consent to the study (score of 15 or higher on a consent-understanding test)
  • You do not have severe neurological conditions (like epilepsy), brain injury, metal implants, severe mental illness, or pregnancy
