  • You are a first-year nursing student at Harran University
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You can read, understand, and communicate without difficulty
  • You are not currently receiving therapy or similar mental-health programs at the same time
  • You have not done a positive psychology program in the last 6 months
  • You have not been hospitalized for mental health or had a psychiatric crisis in the last 3 months
