Who can take part

  • You have stopped having periods (primary or secondary amenorrhea) caused by hypothalamus or pituitary stress, not by other medical problems
  • Blood tests show normal or low FSH, LH below 5 IU/L, and estrogen below 50 pg/mL
  • You have not taken relevant medications in the past 3 months
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or within one year after giving birth
  • You do not have serious liver, kidney, heart, lung, or psychiatric conditions
  • You have not participated in another drug trial in the past month
