Who can take part
- Be between 19 and 59 years old and in generally good health with no serious chronic illnesses
- Weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs) if male or 45 kg (99 lbs) if female, with a normal BMI between 18–30
- Pass screening blood tests, urine tests, and a heart rhythm test (ECG) showing no problems
- Not take certain medications that affect how your body processes drugs, especially in the past month
- Not have had stomach surgery or digestive issues that could affect how you absorb medication
- Agree to use reliable, non-hormonal birth control and not donate blood or sperm/eggs for one week after the last study dose
