  • You are a woman between 18 and 55 years old
  • You self-identify as Lumbee Indian
  • You have at least one heart disease risk factor (overweight, high blood pressure, or not exercising regularly)
  • You are not currently in a weight-loss or mindfulness program
  • You are not pregnant and do not plan to become pregnant during the study
  • You do not have heart conditions or physical limitations that prevent exercise
