Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with calciphylaxis with at least one open sore and moderate to severe pain (5 or higher on a 0–10 pain scale)
- You need dialysis three times per week due to kidney disease
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are not currently hospitalized (or were discharged more than 24 hours before screening)
- You are not in septic shock and not receiving hospice or comfort care
- You have not participated in another drug trial in the past 4 weeks
