Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Had surgery to remove your uterus and nearby lymph nodes for cervical or endometrial cancer
- Cancer meets specific risk criteria (for cervical: lymph node involvement, positive margin, or tumor size/depth; for endometrial: specific grade and stage)
- Good overall health (able to lie flat for 30 minutes) and can follow study procedures
- Radiation therapy starts within 6 months after surgery (or 3 months if no chemo)
- Never had prior radiation to the abdomen or pelvis
