  • You are at least 16 weeks pregnant (in your second trimester or later)
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • Your doctor says your pregnancy is not high-risk
  • Your doctor has not restricted you from exercising or doing yoga
  • You are able to complete study surveys and questionnaires on your own
  • You can provide written consent and agree to participate
