Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with stage IIIC cervical cancer (cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes)
  • Have not received previous radiation therapy to the pelvis (lower abdomen/pelvic area)
  • Have not had prior pelvic surgery for cancer treatment
  • In reasonably good overall health (able to care for yourself, though some limitations are okay)
  • No other active cancer diagnoses or severe uncontrolled medical conditions like unmanaged diabetes or heart disease
