Who can take part

  • You have prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy.
  • The cancer is in your pelvic lymph nodes but not spread to bones or distant organs (confirmed by scans like PSMA PET/CT).
  • You are able to get radiation therapy to the prostate and nearby lymph nodes.
  • Your treatment plan includes hormone therapy, possibly with other hormone-blocking drugs.
  • You have not had prior surgery or radiation for this prostate cancer.
  • You are 18 or older and in generally good health (able to perform daily activities).
