Who can take part
- You have non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (a common type of lung cancer) that can be completely removed by surgery
- Your cancer is Stage II–IIIB with spread to lymph nodes in the chest (N2 disease)
- Your cancer has an EGFR mutation (a specific genetic change) and does not have certain other genetic mutations
- You have not received any prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy for lung cancer
- You are in good overall health with an ECOG score of 0 or 1 (able to do light activities)
- You do not have a history of interstitial lung disease or pneumonitis (lung inflammation), or it has been ruled out by imaging
