Who can take part
- You have advanced breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) or is locally advanced and cannot be removed with surgery.
- You have been or will be treated with T-DXd (Enhertu), a targeted drug, no matter what type of breast cancer you have or how many previous treatments you've had.
- Your HER2 level (a protein on cancer cells) must be known from either the original tumor or from a biopsy of a tumor that came back.
- At least one tumor can be seen and measured on scans (like CT or MRI) so the doctors can track how well the treatment works.
- You are able to keep follow-up appointments so your doctors can check on how long the cancer stays controlled or if you have any side effects.
