  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have colorectal cancer confirmed by biopsy or colonoscopy, or have previously received PD-1 immunotherapy for colorectal cancer
  • Not have uncontrolled high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, or thyroid problems
  • Not have inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, or other serious digestive conditions
  • Not have a history of other cancers or certain genetic bowel syndromes
  • Not have a history of seizures, epilepsy, or serious depression
