Who can take part

  • You are between 16 and 90 years old.
  • You have colorectal cancer that came back after treatment, spread to other parts of the body, or hasn't responded to standard therapies.
  • You have a tumor that can be safely removed or biopsied to extract immune cells (TILs), or you have malignant fluid that contains these cells.
  • Your blood counts (white cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes, and platelets) and organ function (kidney, liver, and clotting) are within safe limits.
  • You are not taking high doses of steroids or other drugs that suppress your immune system, and you don't have serious heart, lung, or active infection issues.
