Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and were diagnosed with breast cancer (stages 0–3, not metastatic/stage 4)
  • You finished your main cancer treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation) at least 3 months ago
  • You notice or report problems with memory, focus, or thinking since your cancer treatment
  • You are not currently exercising 60+ minutes per week
  • You do not have metal implants in your head, a history of seizures, epilepsy, or head/spine surgery
  • You do not have uncontrolled heart disease or other serious medical conditions that would make exercise unsafe
