Who can take part
- You are 50 years or older.
- You had stage I to IIIa breast cancer as your first cancer diagnosis.
- You finished surgery, chemo, or radiation 3 months to 5 years ago.
- You are currently inactive (less than 90 minutes of moderate exercise per week).
- You can walk without help and do study tasks with or without assistance.
- Your doctor clears you for exercise.
