  • You have been diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), OR you have never been diagnosed with IBD
  • You are willing to have your medical records reviewed as part of the study
  • You had clinic or hospital visits during the study's enrollment period
  • You are not deceased
  • If you do not have IBD, you must have had at least 5 hospital or clinic visits during the study period
