  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Advanced colorectal cancer diagnosed by biopsy, with cancer that has grown or returned after standard treatment
  • At least one measurable tumor on imaging scans
  • Good overall health status (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do light activities or are fully active)
  • Life expectancy greater than 6 months
  • Blood counts, liver, kidney, and clotting function within safe ranges
