Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer.
- You are expected to live at least 3 more months.
- You must provide a tissue sample from a previous biopsy, or be willing to undergo a new biopsy.
- You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
- If you are of childbearing age, you must agree to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after the study.
- You have not had previous treatment that left serious side effects that haven't resolved.
