Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with or are suspected to have polycythemia vera (PV), essential thrombocythemia (ET), pre-PMF, primary myelofibrosis (PMF), or an unclassifiable myeloproliferative neoplasm
- You have not been previously diagnosed with any other blood cancer or blood disorder
- You are willing to provide a blood or bone marrow sample for research
