- You are between 20 and 60 years old

- You have an ASA physical status of III (moderate health conditions but able to have surgery)

- You weigh at least 60 kg (132 lbs)
- You have no severe liver disease, blood clotting disorders, chronic pain conditions, or prior stomach/liver surgery
