Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have advanced or metastatic solid cancer that has grown despite prior treatment, including at least one immunotherapy drug
- Your tumor has been tested and confirmed to have high microsatellite instability (MSI-H) or deficient mismatch repair (dMMR)
- You are in good enough health to participate (ECOG Performance Status 0–1) with a life expectancy of at least 3 months
- You have at least one measurable tumor on imaging (CT or MRI)
- You are willing to use effective contraception for 3 months after the last study treatment
