Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced cancer (spread or cannot be removed by surgery) that has stopped responding to standard treatments, or no standard treatment exists.
  • You have a genetic test showing high tumor mutational burden (TMB-H) or high microsatellite instability (MSI-H).
  • You are in good enough physical condition to be up and about (ECOG 0-1).
  • Your major organs (like heart, lungs, kidneys, liver) are working well, based on recent blood tests.
  • You do not have active cancer in your brain or spinal cord, or a history of lung scarring requiring steroids.
